SPRING ACTIVATIONS:
Our technicians do a thorough job getting a system ready for the season. They check each zone for leaks, valve problems, or broken heads. Repairs or replacements are only made as necessary. Adjusting heads for good coverage and direction of spray is important. Also, trimming grass from around the heads for best rotation and operation is sometimes needed. They program the controller for the best watering schedule and make sure the system is ready to go.
SERVICE:
Our service department is available for any kind of sprinkler situation. Whether a problem arises with the system, changes are made to the lawn or landscaping, or just a mid-season inspection is needed, we are happy to help. We offer products that make operation of the system easy and conserve water. We work with customers to ensure your system is running efficiently by suggesting the following:
~ Making recommendations for updating older sprinkler systems.
~ Revamps and repairs.
~ Additional sprinkling for lawn expansion.
~ Locating existing valves and wiring that need repair or replacement.
~ Provide for better performance and coverage of sprinkler heads.
~ Give instructions on proper watering techniques.
~ Installing a rain sensor. Water conservation is becoming necessary.
~ Installing new controllers with better water management features.
~ Installing remote systems for larger projects.
~ Installing freeze protection valves. Unexpected cold snaps can
destroy the exposed piping and backflow preventer supplying your
irrigation system.
~ Installing chemical feed systems into sprinkler water supplied from
a well to prevent rust stains from iron laden water.
FALL SHUT DOWN:
We currently drain the majority of our systems with an air compressor. Extreme caution is used to not damage irrigation components. Hot compressed air can be very damaging to valves, rotary heads, and piping. We also winterize gravity systems and those with pumps. Precautions are made to protect pumps and suction lines from freezing.

Trenching and Drainage
We provide trenching for electricians, landscapers, general contractors, and residential customers. Our crews can dig a trench to a desired depth and also install piping and wiring. Otherwise, we can provide just the trench to be used for other services such as gas piping, cable, or electrical wiring.
Keeping water away from the foundation of your business or home is essential. We can evaluate your yard, taking into consideration the soil conditions and drainage of the land to determine a good drainage solution. Then downspouts and drain tile can be installed to aid in keeping the flow of water away from the foundation.
